How To Install owftpd on Kali Linux

The 1-Wire bus is a cheap low-speed bus for devices like weather sensors, access control, etc. It can be attached to your system via serial, USB, I2C, and other interfaces.

There are three methods to install owftpd on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Install owftpd Using apt-get

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.

sudo apt-get update

After updating apt database, We can install owftpd using apt-get by running the following command:

sudo apt-get -y install owftpd

Install owftpd Using apt

Update apt database with apt using the following command.

sudo apt update

After updating apt database, We can install owftpd using apt by running the following command:

sudo apt -y install owftpd

Install owftpd Using aptitude
