How To Install netselect on Kali Linux

What is netselect
netselect is:
This package provides a utility that can perform parallelized tests on distant servers using either UDP traceroutes or ICMP queries.
It can process a (possibly very long) list of servers, and choose the fastest/closest one automatically.
There are three methods to install netselect on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.

Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
