How To Install mime-support on Kali Linux
Introduction
In this tutorial we learn how to install mime-support on Kali Linux.
What is mime-support
mime-support is:
This is a transitional package. It will be possible to remove it safely once its dependency chain has adjusted to depend on mailcap or media-types directly.
There are three methods to install mime-support on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install mime-support Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
sudo apt-get updateAfter updating apt database, We can install mime-support using apt-get by running the following command:
