What is liboggz-devel
Oggz provides a simple programming interface for reading and writing Ogg files and streams. Ogg is an interleaving data container developed by Monty at Xiph.Org, originally to support the Ogg Vorbis audio format. This package contains the header files and documentation needed for development using liboggz.

Install liboggz-devel on CentOS 7 Using yum
Update yum database with yum using the following command.
sudo yum makecache
After updating yum database, We can install liboggz-devel using yum by running the following command:
sudo yum -y install liboggz-devel
Install liboggz-devel on CentOS 7 Using dnf
If you don’t have dnf installed you can install DNF on CentOS 7 first.
Update yum database with dnf using the following command.
sudo dnf makecache
After updating yum database, We can install liboggz-devel using dnf by running the following command:
sudo dnf -y install liboggz-devel
How To Uninstall liboggz-devel on CentOS 7
To uninstall only the liboggz-devel package we can use the following command:
sudo dnf remove liboggz-devel
