How To Install bls-standalone on Kali Linux

What is bls-standalone

This package includes stand-alone version of the build-log-scanner as found on http://qa.debian.org/bls/.
It includes the scanning engine and (hopefully not too outdated) rules to check for and a helper script to better read the results.
There are three methods to install bls-standalone on Kali Linux. We can use apt-get, apt and aptitude. In the following sections we will describe each method. You can choose one of them.
Install bls-standalone Using apt-get
Update apt database with apt-get using the following command.
